This group is falling apart. Overwork Burnout No support or leadership Management lack of knowledge means they can't answer questions or take any accountability, which means lower levels are basically on their own, and are thrown under the bus when something goes wrong. People are leaving without other jobs to go to, just to escape this toxic culture. The team is under resourced so stress levels and burnout are sky high. Management are not addressing the resource issue, not helping with workload, and not understanding when unfeasible workloads are growing. QA as a whole are really struggling, but this group are barely coping, with no support, leadership, or recognition coming from above. There's plenty of tick box exercises for diversity and culture etc, but its all show. Teams are vocal about what the issues are, and its swept under the rug.
