      Pretty average company high turnover

      Horrible managers, advancement on being liked versus merit. Can't think of too many managers of folk in HQ who are there because they are smart. Pay is horrible. Lots of busy work. My advice: do not work here.

      Lack of communication from top down. Lack of work life balance. Behind the times. No innovation. Not worried about customers/patients only money. Favoritism is very evident. Advancement, unless on the favorites list, is based on time in position, not performance
