      Pros

      Depending on the role and team in operations, generally there is good work/life balance.

      Cons

      There appears to be a tendency within the company to retain employees who meet only the minimum expectations for their roles. This often results in higher-performing team members shouldering additional responsibilities to maintain overall standards and compensate for inconsistencies in performance. Additionally, I feel that all the different teams are siloed and operations doesn't really have a team culture.

      The majority of the people at AbbVie are truly talented researchers with a drive for success. Expansive pipeline Fair pay and benefits AbbVie promotes applying for different roles within the company to retain talent which allows employees to expand their knowledge base. The company strives to make improvements to better the employees and research

      Cons

      There is a lot of work based on the role you hold at the company. It is not uncommon have meetings for the majority of the day which results in working long hours.
