Pros

Culture is laid back overall, people are nice and no one will work you to death.

Cons

Lots of pie in the sky thinking, little tangible activity. Company is surviving on being the only show in town for some markets. Once this changes, I expect major cracks to show. Its so chill career advancement can be very slow, and HR is basically making things up as they go.

Cons

Not realistic of timing constraints and development across multiple projects, Little or no commitment to employees' life balance. Tons of micromanagement across the organization.
