They’ll give you a chance even for you have minimal experience in this industry

Cons

If you want to advance in a career and get experience with different departments and titles and experiences, I do no recommend this place. Additionally the pay is far below fair market value. If you do well and make any attempt to switch departments, it’s next to impossible to move out of your role. They simply don’t give you opportunities to try your hand in diversifying. HR is totally irresponsible and unresponsive.

No work life balance. Think modern day concentration camp. Most execs are old school and will do anything to line up their pockets and protect their position. This applies to their Market Research group. Morbidly obese teams Young talent is better off looking elsewhere. Don’t waste your life working here.

Toxic culture, not enjoyable environment to come to work every day, not valued. The turnover in this laboratory is ridiculous as People are leaving few every week. Then not allowing exit interviews as it's such a high turnover
