It has a decent culture. They say they focus on development - I haven't been there long enough to experience for myself

I'm very surprised at how many people say comp is good. I took an extremely significant cut to move from my prior bay area company to AbbVie. I was oversold on the comp and benefits during my interview/HR. Secondary compensation wasn't completely transparent.
