      Pros

      Accel Club is the great startup for development and growth. There are a lot of benefits for employees, starting from good salaries, bonuses and private insurance, to gaining good skills in the eCommerce area, especially Amazon. Colleagues are very inspiring, always ready to answer all of your questions and help, with the great teamwork spirit they have.

      Cons

      Disadvantages are long working hour and still learning the expertise which can be the advantage as well.

      Pros

      Accel Club is a great company that gives you every opportunity to grow within the company and develop as a person and a professional. The top managers are extremely good at helping you with everything and supporting your ideas (as long as they are adequate). Quite effective business model that allows the startup to be in the operating profit. The work itself is simply interesting, it is always useful to understand something new.
