      Accel Club is a true startup that values initiative, creativity and encourages any direction of work that can improve business performance. The responsibilities of team members are never limited to a narrow set of tasks, and everyone has the opportunity to grow quickly.

      Being a young company, management can be poorly developed, not all processes are unified and transparent, knowledge is distributed among people and not documented.
