Pros

The travel perks are nice, and the people you meet on projects are amazing. Accenture is an amazing company to work for but not their Delivery Centers or as they call it, Advance Technology Center (ATC). If you’re looking to get certifications and get skills for a year and then bounce this is the place for you.

Cons

The recruiting effort makes it seem like it’s an amazing place to work and you’ll be promoted multiple times and be this amazing consultant. But truth of the matter is they are hiring at a delivery center to compete with offshore development teams. It’s a great concept but not when they treat their people very poorly. They pay us so little compared to any other office within Accenture for the same level. There is very little growth at a delivery center. So if you’re looking to start at the bottom and make manager one day do it elsewhere. The delivery center will make you hate your life when you’re in the office and the leadership is horrible. There’s only one good manager there.
