      Good Compensation based on your experience. Multilocation working module. Exposure to work on good project and assignment

      Missing Work life balance. More than 12 hours work on daily basis. Quality of onsite resources are not good.

      A leading brand for global IT service providers. Opportunities for learning and training. One of the finest people in industry are your colleague- great opportunity to learn from them.

      Cons

      When you are unstaffed, no one helps. The MDs keep telling revenue and new business but when you reach them for opening, they don't help. The human resource asks for going on leave (earned) to increase utilization when you are in bench. Management are clueless about future opening feasibility. They would hire, then keep you in bench, would ask to do other works and then would terminate you.
