The onboarding was a complete mess. DOJ was deferred several times. Post "joining", after 2 days I was told that my background verification was still pending, so my joining would be deferred! Was made to re-join after several more days. Which company does that?? The JD was too generic, and though the interview was very technical the project assigned was absolutely pathetic. The quality of work was nowhere close to what was told during the interview. The first project makes a huge difference. It can either make you excited about a career at the company or leave you utterly devastated about a bad career choice. In my case it was obviously the latter. Being an IT company the kind of IT systems they have is a complete joke!! For any queries or issues there is no one you can reach out to. All they have is a stupid "chatbot" which just greets you, is totally unable to understand your problem, and gives a standard answer to raise a ticket!. People can make better chatbots than this at home :)
