Pros

Lots of projects with different technologies. encourages to upskill and industry certifications. Easy to get into accenture as there are lots of openings all around.

Cons

Management is not employee friendly. They only care about the company and their own growth options. HR policies are also not employee friendly. They believe in fire and hire policy and not try to retain talent. People have to sacrifice their work life balance to complete unrealistic goals and actions. Lots of layoffs during pandemic and now they are hiring like never before. It shows poor management and poor long term visibility.
