Pros

- Very good Team bonding (depends on assigned project) - Outing and Team lunch/dinner - Guidance for fresh grads

Cons

- Salary discrepancy (non-official salary info) - Delayed promotions, and depends on Manager. So most of good employee got frustrated after a while without unnoticed. - High expectations - Less career switching opportunity (due to slow process) for freshers. - Very Less compensations for Non-Tech grads.

Pros

Stable company with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

Cons

Professional development opportunities, including certifications, are typically prioritized for more senior roles. While understandable from a business standpoint, this may feel limiting for early- to mid-career employees who are eager to proactively invest in their growth. Additionally, internal mobility (e.g., site transfers) may depend heavily on project availability, which can make relocation plans uncertain.
