Pros

One of the most appreciable aspects of Accenture is the employee wellness and benefit programs. The company actually helps employees to maintain the work-life balance. Their employee wellness and rewards program, shuttle service are really good.

Cons

The most stressful part of the company is the project team that you get assigned to. It was the very first company after graduation, and I was a literal fresher. The seniors in the team were too biased and blamed me for even asking doubts in the very first week. This was the main reason why I chose to quit. Gradually, they stopped assigning me tasks and blamed me for being idle for a long time. It was seriously depressing, and I felt helpless.
