Pros

Bench period is very less,you will get a project as soon as you complete your training. The training is challenging.Will learn new things for sure. Working Environment is very good.

Cons

Starting salary is very less. They will transfer you to any location irrespective of your choices you have given in location preferences.

*45 hours of weekly working hours *Performance management is not fully moderated *You would frustrated working.
