Pros

No attendance policy and one of few companies where it is easier to prepare for CAT and other management exams.

Cons

not good company for people having technical aspirations. Low salary. Even if you want to go into managerial side better go for MBA. False brand illusion. Lots of support/maintenance projects, no growth in technical skills in such proj.,then managers exploits u as u can not switch on such skills. ACCENTURE CLEARLY EXPLOITS EMPLOYEES WITH DIPLOMA IN ENGINEERING.
