Pros

Good training programs. You can try your hand at all different types of software roles.

Cons

Salary is a big issue. Waaay below market value. I'm a 6-year Software Engineer and I only make $44,000/yr. Gave bonuses to only some people not everyone. Favoritism reigns. Often asked to work weekends (Saturday and sometimes Sundays too). Lots of OT and sometimes for no reason.

Pros

5 working days no card swipe , fill your time and expense sheet yourself ( approved by superviser :P )

Cons

Accenture is really very poor in fact worst in planning for new recruits. They give you random locations in the country which is Ok as per standards but within a city they keep changing your location from one office to another and they don't bother to tell you your next day training location until a day or two before. Also they allocate random technological skills so if you want to work on a specific technology in your career postpone that dream for atleast a year or two.
