- Very good Team bonding (depends on assigned project) - Outing and Team lunch/dinner - Guidance for fresh grads

Cons

- Salary discrepancy (non-official salary info) - Delayed promotions, and depends on Manager. So most of good employee got frustrated after a while without unnoticed. - High expectations - Less career switching opportunity (due to slow process) for freshers. - Very Less compensations for Non-Tech grads.
