Pros

Good project exposure, Have access to lastest tech Good compensation and offerings

Cons

You are expected to know everything, especially towards clients Goodbye to WLB You are more like a salesperson who knows how to code instead of a software engineer. If you aim to be a sales engineer, then this is good for you. Or else stick with tech/other solution houses

Pros

A company is good or bad based on personal experience for each. My perception about Accenture is based totally on personal experience. I feel this is a great place to work in terms of the work culture, pay and office flexibility.

Cons

The only disadvantage I felt was a lack of good opportunities.
