      None that I could identify during my time here.

      Cons

      Hired for a developer role, but allocated to a support project after joining. Very high work pressure with heavy workload. Poor work–life balance; often required to work around 12 hours a day. Employees may need to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). No proper breaks during the day due to continuous pressure. Limited salary growth / compensation not satisfactory compared to workload. No consideration or flexibility for returning mothers. Overall experience affected by role mismatch, long hours, and lack of employee support. Need to work on legacy application during this AI era.
