Pros

there are many for sure - People often talk about low work-life balance when it comes to this organization but that has become old now. Accenture is hiring a lot of freshers and giving more opportuinity to people to start their career. better work-life balance than it used to be, majorly depends on project WFH - Hybrid, gives a chance to work at home - at our convinience better work culture - A team comprises of multiple people from the corners of the world - helps you explore and understand true meaning of Diverse workforce.

Cons

As a fresher, you can't expect hikes and promotions soon with terms changed very recently! there definitely can be favoritism depending upon the top managers cultural ethnicity(can be expected everywhere) - favoritism work ratios higher than pay - proportionally corporate favoritism towards a specifc gender(I hope you know already)

Pros

- Exposure to a variety real-world business problems with challenges. - Good for parents with kids because of hybrid work model which means flexible working hour and remote work. - Relatively low entry barrier and friendly to new-joiners who wish to get into Tech industry. - Nice company culture. Toxicity exists but majority of colleagues are friendly and helpful.

Cons

- Lack of quality training - Salary below market average - Long working hour due to project quality issues - If enrolled into a project that is beyond your capability, it could be frustrating.
