From past few years , Accenture has taken a downhill . They do mass hiring almost throughout the year cause they don’t pay their current employees fairly. No hikes nominal variable pay. And also the upper management has been pathetic, HR never listens to anything. Even in severe illness , they say that ‘ Its not a proper reason’ with proper medical certificate, reports, etc. But , it depends if you are very close to manager you don’t need to take leave you can just move out without moving . So, their a extreme level of biasedness.
