      - you can upskill,learn, get to try and learn different skills and work on projects to get experience and further choose your niche and grow towards your aspiration

      Cons

      - you dont get much ownership of your task. Its more like you are given a task and you do it. - And obviously the pay check needs to be reconsidered for fresher or new joiner. It more beneficial if you join as a manager or an associate manager. Then its a win win situation.
