- CALSAWS project and Accenture management is worst, both offshore and onshore they treat employees like their slaves - Some colleagues are in depression, when informed management they didn't care -Forget personal life. 9 am to 9pm, No time to take 15mins break. Sometimes manager calls at 7am or even after 10pm to get tasks status - Meetings get extended unnecessarly by manager, 30mins meeting goes till 2 to 3 hours - No much technical knowledge gained during the tenure - Managers asks us to take AWS certification, I don't know where to find time - Attiration rate is so high in project, almost all employees left - No change of project is given even after I was eligible, so I had to quit company - Had to quit my job without any offers in hand because I was unable bear the torture -Complained to HR during exit interview but no use

Depending on the project it could be very disorganized or demanding for lots of overtime hours
