Pros

Strong learning environment – Accenture offers extensive training materials and structured learning paths, especially for SAP modules. I got hands-on experience with SAP PP and integration scenarios, including exposure to client-specific customizations. Supportive team culture – The colleagues and leads I worked with were approachable, collaborative, and ready to help, especially during project transitions and UAT phases. Good exposure to global clients – I had the opportunity to work with international clients which improved both my technical and communication skills. Process-oriented approach – Ticket handling, SLA tracking, and documentation were well-defined, which helped build a professional mindset.

Cons

Work-life balance depends on the project – Some projects, especially support ones, could get hectic around month-end or during cutovers. Limited functional growth without proactive effort – Like most large MNCs, growth requires you to actively seek new roles, certifications, or cross-module exposure.
