Pros

A great company with great resources, lets you learn a lot of things, provides a lot of facilities and benefits.

Cons

Really bad communication from HR managers, they ignore and won’t even respond to your mails or messages.

Pros

Some great colleagues to work with

Cons

Extreme micromanagement from leadership, making it difficult to work independently. Long working hours with unrealistic expectations. Lack of employee appreciation and work-life balance. I worked with mauritius accenture team, manager from that team was very biased and few members from her team members have no etiquette and so biased towards Accenture India team. No work life balance in that project, always wanted to work like 24hrs(hell). Not a single action taken by Accenture india managers after explaining situation. No hike and appraisals.

Pros

Lots of room for growth, learning, and they push upskilling HARD. If you have a question you have multiple people you can talk to. Very inclusive, easy place to work and get along.

Cons

Hard to get staffed onto projects. Poor system overall. Makes you compete with every other employee for roles, the expectation is that you not only apply for these roles, you're expected to message the job poster and pester them until they tell you the spot is filled. They put an emphasis on 'networking' which means most spots are filled based on WHO you know and other applicants are ignored.
