Pros

Flexibility to do my work remotely. Change is constant; new opportunities are available frequently. You can usually find new challenges to fit your goals.

Cons

24/7 clock is challenging some days as it blurs the line between work/life balance. Still, the flexibility the role provides outweighs drawbacks of the extra long days.

Pros

Ethical Company. Solid customer base.

Cons

Less classroom training for senior management. The firm has grown up significantly so it needs a little more clean up of dead woods.
