1. HUGE. Very difficult to find your place, especially if you don't have a guide 2. The work. At the end of the day, your work is contingent upon leadership or client receptiveness. And there is no guarantee it goes anywhere beyond them. Hard to work extremely hard to have your work product never be looked at or used. 3. Long hours. Just because W/L balance is better does not mean it's perfect. 4. Bureaucratic: It's the nature of a company with 700,000+ employees worldwide 5. Finding work / navigating the company: If you don't find the right people, you can easily get lost and never work on what you want. It can be very hard finding any purpose in the work without people to help guide.

-people are dumberest, and its a disease that spreads as you dont really use your brain here -You gotta dumb it down for others to keep up. If you pretend to be dumb for years, it affects your intelligence -Everyone thinks they are the smartest people in the room -Accenture is too big to do the small things right: impossible to sell things less than $10M dollars as leadership has no interest.
