Cons
Does not promote people based on merit, only to those who talk the loudest (and usually these are those slackers that doesn't work and have time for coffees with the MDs). There's a lot of work on different projects, and those working hard at clients will miss time time for visibility and didn't get rewarded appropriately. People who are promoted many times are so much less capable than those didn't cause they are working hard and no time for the coffee sessions. Always understaffed for the job, easily burnt out. Lots of toxic leadership (middle management especially).
