Pros

Well known brand. Opportunity to work for many different clients.

Cons

Accenture hires many recent graduates, because they can be cheap compared to those who are more experienced, and usually blindly listen to managers. For most part they can train you if you are right out of school, and then you are off to a project, following some established process. They need bodies so that they can charge clients big $. If client is happy, Accenture leadership is happy. But no one usually cares if there are better ways to do things (there is no reward to managers for taking such risks). If you make few friends among coworkers, that is great. But if project changes, or there is reorganization, or if Accenture acquires new company and you are imbedded into it - no one cares about you any more. There are no ($0) incentive for managers to care about it. However, Accenture has it own internal PR and Marketing efforts. If you are right out of school, you'll be drinking their kool-aid, and thinking that you are working for the best company in the world. My advice, go find significantly smaller company where CEO and other executives might actually care some more about its employees, on more personal and individual bases.

Pros

Easy Work-Life balance, I guess. Good people.

Cons

They forced their employees to come back to the office during a surge of COVID-19 cases. Multiple employees caught the virus. They care about profit more than the safety of their own employees. No holidays. Restricted Paid-Time Off/Vacation time. No room to grow. Only lateral movement within the company. No vertical movement. Toxic work culture when upper management and the client are involved.

Pros

Nothing, absolutely horrible place to work.

Cons

-Insane hours for little money -Absolutely toxic work culture based on bullying, everyone is afraid to speak up and as a result everyone is exploited by managers and MDs -HR is useless, I voiced concerns to HR about the toxic culture and certain managers, and they held it against me -Managers are insanely biased on their feedback, they are stereotypical consultants which value soft skills over objective performance -No flexibility to steer your career, you have to do exclusively what you are told by others -People are not only immoral, but they also break professional and ethical standards. They lie to clients and tell them constantly that the people on projects are more senior than they actually are so that they can charge higher fees.
