Pros

The ground floor team was amazing, filled with hard-working, driven, helpful people that truly built a community.

Cons

They illegally withheld certain critical benefits by treating us like contractors, but then also employees, whenever it suited them. As soon as we organized to fight this practice, they outsourced our division overseas for cheaper labor that wouldn't stand up for themselves. Truly one of the most disgusting and disillusioning management groups I've ever worked for.

Pros

Good learning opportunity, you have a chance to start your career here.

Cons

They use you heavily while they need you but after they throw you out. They don’t help you find a new position, they don’t help you with anything. The worst part is HR. Extremely unprofessional and don’t give a damn. They will say how much you contributed to their success and show you to the door.

Good place to network

Pros

You get to experience different roles based on your skills. There are a vast number of options in terms of where you can end up when you first start, but once you are placed into your chosen industry after two years it becomes hard to move around. If you get to travel its a good chance to see a new place. Pay and benefits are great.

Cons

Very political in how they operate internally. If you want to be promoted you need to be prepared to give up time in your personal life. Often times the career counselor you are given is not helpful and is only in that position because their current level at the company obligates them to take on the role. Fulfilment specialists that should help you get roles are often clueless as to what your skills are and constantly need to be reminded of what your intended career path is. Many projects definitely see people as resources, which is poor management. Even though they try to be progressive and professional, they are still a company with issues and have at times for sure picked to side with clients that are paying them big money, rather than support their own employees that are at times mistreated.
