Pros

Its nice money wise. Accenture pays on par or better than other companies. Its a nice place to work ONLY for money.

Cons

Too many people and they spoil the broth. Right talent is left to go due to people in HR department ! Right talent again find it difficult to join the company due to again mismanagement and laziness of HR..Basically too many people and you are lost in the process somewhere in the middle.

Be the best at what you do or you may find your job is being off-shored. Working in this type of atmosphere is demoralizing.
