Pros

People: Accenture is about people and it shows Talent: most of the people I worked with are extremely talented in one way or another Network: you will always find someone within the company that can help you Flexibility: to shape your career and grow in the direction you want to Core values: The whole company lives by the same Core values and it shows

Cons

As a consulting company you need to be prepared to work hard to deliver challenging projects. This is usual for consulting companies but you should be someone who is not looking to work within your comfort zone, it's a perfect company for people who want to build a career.

Pros

- Brand , a Fortune 100 Company - Transport - Free Bus Service for All Employees in India - 5 Months Maternity Paid Leave for Mothers [Due To Govt. of India Directives, not Voluntarily]

Cons

- No WORK Life Balance, I mean it. - PIP , Performance Improvement Plan - They can fire you anytime because Performance Reviews happen Quarterly, but Hike Happens Annually. So, If You doing even 1 thing Not as per managers Wish ....Swoosh...You are on PIP next Quarter, Just Like That!!! This PIP Tool is Used by Managers Every Time An Employee speaks Anything for himself, expresses his opinion. PIP means - Manager decides that You are not working good Technically, They put you on PIP and within a Month , you are Fired, Just Like that!!! A career gone. Common Reasons - For which They put You on PIP : Your Child is sick, You want work from Home for say 1 Month. You came Late sometimes , but You stayed Late, nobody Notices that..Te Heeee!!! You ask Release from Project as you feel Technology Skill is Old...BAM PIP.... As a girl, You get Married, Want to move To another City, Project Says Put Her on PIP. You asked Onsite and Then they decide Lets Put Him On PIP. This actually discourage Others from Asking Onsite. All of These Happened in my Team and Other People, I swear to God!!! Don't Fall for Brand Name , Because I did!!! when I Joined.
