Pros

At the beginning it seems you'll have career opportunities if you work hard; The team leaders care about you and your well being.

Cons

But you won't. The system to grow your Carrer is to become friend of those who are in upper positions, like quality team and team leader team, etc. The people who are selected to quality team aren't those with deep knowledge of policies and capable of helping you but the popular ones, friends and management aligned (the positions were given mostly to men too). In 2022 and 2023 misogyny had growned a lot in management and upper positions. There was very bad and conflictive relations between quality team and moderators. The time you are obligated to see content (to be in production) has growned more and more and the quantity of people struggling with depression and anxiety too.
