Pros

None, none and again none!!!

Cons

Once started I quickly realized that I was engaged in a fake company. The working environment is toxic and you will be confronted with unsatisfied customers and unsatisfied employees on a daily basis (due to wrong project calculation and empty promisses). Most of the people were unprofessional, unreliable, back-stabbers, brown-nosers and without any in-depth knowledge. Lies, lies and again lies. I guess that these points are the real values of this corporation. I never met so many people trying to hide their activities. No respect towards experienced hires. This company is not interested in its employees. The only thing that matters is to stay chargeable. The work can even be done by primary-school pupils. Nothing ambitious. One project member was working as an order-pharmacist before attending ACN (without holding a unversity degree). Another project memeber does not even knows the difference between gross and net price, but deducted price negotiations. It often happened that one experienced hire was placed on a project in order to cover the inability and faults of the remaining young analysists who are thinking they are "THE" consultants on this planet. You will never get rewarded for your work, you will never get any support and you will never make a career within ACN. The projects and the roles are a disaster (you will be placed on each project and you will hold any role without consideration of your qualifications and experiences). Inspite of that you will be cheated, ignored and lied. It is not the appropriate company to establish long-term relationships or to plan in the long-run. This company is rather harmful for your professional career. I was very disappointed recognizing that such huge company is full of fake people doing nothing else than playing games and politics. One nursery facility. Experienced hires should stay away from this company. It is not the right place for sound personalities with many years of professional experience. You will fastly get frustrated and annoyed by dealing with those people. Additionally, the working environment is very aggressive. Most of the employees are not able to build up social relationships or do not even posses interpersonal skills. Hence you will face borderline personalities whose are switching their mood every two minutes. The attrition rate is higher than the market average. Conclusion: Join at your own risk!!! This company cannot be taken seriously.

Pros

Not a lot of work in some projects. (like seriously; you might be paid to just sit on your desk and watch YouTube for half a year if there is no volume)

Cons

If you work hard you'll only get more work with no benefits (no bonuses for performance), a lot of gossip, nonsensical promotions, unprofessional higher-ups, no transparency from management on future of projects, "incidents" at official Accenture parties, people are treated like numbers, management always blames the whole team for underperforming instead of individuals (can be very annoying if you are one of the top performers). There are more things, but I'm gonna end it here... Work there for a few months and get out, don't make the same mistake as me and stay longer 🌈🐸

Pros

The only thing Accenture is good at truly, is avoiding the appearance of doing what they did when there were Arthur anderson. They're the same diabolical manipulative fraudulent dishonest narcissistic group of overpaid people in the world, who live in a bubble without consequence for their bad decisions. As long as they get their billing numbers up, the managing directors are a okay with any kind of duplicity manipulation and unethical professionalism.

Cons

See pro's above. The only positive thing about working at Accenture is that it looks great on your resume. And you get a prime professional example of how not to be dishonest, manipulative, narcissistic, and just awful people. Backstabbing politics and will delicately and politely say, create a billing methods are used. Tough to keep up with when you have to lie to do business
