Pros

No pros I can think of.

Cons

Having fallen for this trap, I hope to enlighten people thinking about committing the same mistake. This is a below average tech company. Only take a job here if it's your first experience. Don't stay longer than 2 years or you will become one of them and never find a job anywhere else. By 2018, all serious companies know they need to keep their IT branch in-house. The only companies who are naive enough to hire consultants like Accenture are the ones who have no clue what they are doing. You will take part in non engaging projects and will have very poorly skilled colleagues. You will receive a very old laptop that's hardly capable of handling the job you have to do (forget about using docker) Bottom line, if you are a mid or senior level developer, going to Accenture is career suicide.

Pros

-Pay -PTO -Best People -Resources -Resume Builder -Develop Robust, Diverse Skill set -Client Interaction -Sincere Advocacy from Senior Leadership -Working Hours (M-th +Fr remote) -Hotel/Airline Perks -Leadership: I had the worst manager on earth - legit the devil reborn, but I will concede that the leadership here, overall, is unmatched -Flexibility (work, personal, etc.) - reasonable people

Cons

- unwavering pressure from HR to get you staffed on whatever project the firm needs you on - pressure to align to a functional area or industry (that you may have no interest in;you were merely forced to be staffed in industry)

Pros

Nothing positive to share. All snacks at google were finished on first break, people stealing to their homes. Parking space is only for managers, people on the floor unhappy with sad faces, I ran away after 1 day.

Cons

Just wanted to share and warn people about my experience. Got a job offer and I explained that I want at least 30k for QA Trainer supporting 3 languages + they assured that I will have parking space. After all interviews they said that max they pay 26.500 for this position. Then I came and there was no parking, they advised to park my car 20 mins walk from the company or use a bus and leave car at home. I just came for one day for training and that's was enough, I ran away from there. It's was back in April. Now its almost end of summer and still waiting for p45. Sent so many emails asking to provide p45 but only promises or no response. Now I found amazing job but 3rd month in a row I'm on higher tax. So many times spoke to revenue but they keep telling me that I have to get p45. Anyway, this 1 day in Accenture/Hays (contract was with Accenture but Hays responsible for payroll) cost me a lot. My advise, try anyone else but avoid Hays and Accenture.
