Pros

Great brand in the market. They also pay significantly better than their competitors. It's great if you like a structured ladder to climb and are willing to play the game. However, If you are entrepreneurial you will HATE Accenture.

Cons

Don't be loyal to this company they will NEVER be loyal to you. The political games you have to play is staggering, and there are layers and layers of it. They say things publicly but in private they mean something else. Always do what is best for you. The only person that has your back is you. They claim to be innovative but they aren't. you aren't allowed to fail. Don't sacrifice your family, friends, relationships and things you care about for this company, they promise you heaven and NEVER deliver any of their promises. Do not work longer than your contract states, there is no point, there is no reward no pot of gold and the end of the rainbow.

Pros

good benefits, often interesting and nice co-workers in different parts of the company, a good education on the corporate experience, oftentimes interesting clients

Cons

self-serving narcissistic management, undeserved corporate back-padding and rampant hypocrisy, retaliation against whistle blowers on management favorites or employees who bring press

Pros

Decent health care and other minor perks.

Cons

Accenture posts job posting after they have been filled. When questioned about it they give you the run around. The bosses are reactionary, they don't listen to the workers when issues arise until said issues become a catastrophe. You will be rewarded with more work. Not only are you rewarded with more work but you will be criticized when you address being over worked and burned out. They will constantly hold quality and quantity over you. They will expect you to do more and more and more. Heaven forbid they the bosses have to stay late and do 5 tickets themselves. They will shame you for not doing it and refuse to give you overtime to complete those tickets. They constantly want you to work more and better, however, they removed all raises and bonuses. To salt the wound, they tell you," this is an entry-level job, noone retires here." They don't mention how it take 6months to a year to train or how you have to work to the bone.
