Pros

Plenty of leaning experience Great people (there are a handful of not so great folks) inline with the current standards in coding (project dependent) aton of available offices (again project dependent)

Cons

due to chasing the trend, some learning opportunities are forced and what you may learn go down the drain (FB meta, NFT) - though it is great to learn this technologies. Corpo/Office politics (its discouraged and widely frown upon but does still happen) questionable policies (like benched employees are forced to RTO to the one office that is hard to get to during peak hours)
