Pros

Best hike structure among service based IT companies. Vision and mission statement is always aligned with the changing and disruptive IT needs. Open door policy enables you to reach out to management level quite easily.

Cons

Like all firms, you can't formulate or derive the factors contributing to your growth. There are times when few client engagements can be really stagnant, but eventually it is up to an individual to make the best of it.

Pros

Serves as a wonderful opportunity to network with like-minded professionals in or out of your field. The benefits are awesome, plus it serves as an opportunity to accumulate wealth using multiple 401K and stock options. Work hard, play harder atmosphere (or so it seems).

Cons

Most client projects can be very trifling. Not only is the workload heavily massive (which is ridiculous) and moves at an accelerated pace, but the environments are very toxic. Sometimes the person in which you directly report to will purposely set up subordinates for failure by providing them wrong information, the slightest flaw in your work could cause a manager to schedule an impromptu meeting to discuss (or magnify) what you did wrong, they will talk to you in a condescending way if you do not fit in or don't get invited to join them for lunch or non-work outings, you are constantly being micro-managed by everyone on a daily basis-sometimes to the point where you have to eat and work simultaneously through your lunch so the manager can see you, and if you are involuntarily rolled off of a project, you are lucky if you have one of three personnel that you report to (Career Counselor, Talent fulfillment Specialists-the person that pitches your profile to demand, and HR) to act on your behalf if the client gives you a bad review without giving you a fair shot. Also, not only will you be viewed as just a number because so many ppl work for the company, but many employees are practically scared into getting involved with community service and joining various groups within the company to get a good performance review at the end of the year (scared meaning if you want a good EOY review, then you don't have a choice but to do it). The bench process is very stressful as you are competing with other professionals in the company all over the country for a project, and sometimes when you are able to get hired on a project something could happen that prevents you from coming onboard(loss of budget, project non-readiness, etc.). This is unfortunate, but you are still on an hourglass to find a project, plus it may even create an opportunistic environment amongst yourself and other employees that specialize in your field of work. The accumulated hotel points and sky miles are definitely not worth all the stress. Don't be fooled by the flexibility to work from home, this means that not many are watching you, which means not many are watching who you report to. Therefore, they have all the leverage necessary to throw their employees to the wolves if given the opportunity.
