Pros

They have a good project management process. Employees can get certifications for free. Not really strict with time in and timeout as long as the employee is already available during the core work hours. Managers and Leads do not micromanage the team as long as the tasks are done. This could depend on the project as well but so far this is the case for all the projects I've been in.

Cons

Total of 10hrs work time including lunch break and sometimes OTY depending on the project but not forced and just an employee's discretion on our project. Slow promotion but depends on the project as well.

Pros

Growth in career but financial growth is not there for contractual employees

Cons

Less in salary growth as I mentioned already
