      Pros

      Choose the Process (referring to their BPO division) carefully at the time of Joining. The work culture depends on the process you get hired for.

      Cons

      The only things that makes or breaks the company is its management and the ones managing it. The higher ups may be better in what they are doing but Managers at level 6-9 are not at all supportive. Most of them having worked in call centres or hardcore sales just want to run the company on their own. Accenture values are of no use for them.
