Pros
A good training ground for employees who are seeking a skill level up. Compensation is just right for the job title. Complete with the government-mandated benefits plus the de minimis benefits and performance bonus. There is a sense of unity and coordination in the team.
Cons
On the project I was formerly involved in, there were many processes being created, but only a few people were on the team. Thus, a new process means a new task for each person. This is where innovation becomes a burden. More work, less life—unbalance The diversity is there, but there are times when people can't stop making comments and being meddlers.
