Pros

Work wise there is good work life balance , I feel that it completely depends on the manager and the team which you work . In my 4 years of experience it was later that I got to experience this team lunches and team bonding activities .

Cons

During initial 3 years I did not get proper exposure on the hr side , like I did not get team lunches , any gifts on occasions and neither I got any team Bonding activities . Again it completely depends on the project team.

Pros

Pros Cutting-Edge Tech Stack: Opportunities to work on modern tools like SAP BTP, UI5 (TypeScript), and AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot). Strong Client Portfolio: Exposure to industry leaders (e.g., German Telecom giants) which adds significant value to your professional profile. Inclusion & Culture: Generally a professional and inclusive environment with good internal networking opportunities.

Cons

Rigid RTO Policy: The recent shift back to the office (2 days/week mandatory, with some projects requiring 5 days) has significantly impacted work-life balance, especially for those who managed well remotely. Variable Pay Discrepancy: The "0-21%" or "0-27%" variable pay range is often misleading; in reality, many employees receive only a small fraction (around 5-10%), making it difficult to rely on for financial planning. High Work Pressure: Depending on the project, the workload can be intense, with long hours that aren't always reflected in the "variable" rewards.
