Young staff, sociable, good training

Cons

Made friends for life and learnt a lot but management and pay are huge let downs. No regard for mental health, managers overworking you etc.

Staff and work community is nice Easily accessible offices

Cons

Your job satisfaction will massively depend on the department you're in. Main focus during lockdown was profits rather than health and wellbeing of staff (though HR did try to be fair to them). Promotions up the ladder bring far more responsibility with little more pay.
