Pros
The induction and people team were fantastic, and the team itself were wonderful people to work with. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and all around a good team atmosphere. The rest of the colleagues in the business were extremely friendly, and very welcoming. The company events were generous and all around a lovely experience. The colleagues are what makes the business great.
Cons
Management was a bit all over the place, and my role felt like it was blurring into the realms of other teams, to an extent where it added to a much bigger workload, that sometimes lead to one too many late finishes, to stay on top of. Lots of the tasks could have been automated, and the feedback on quality of work was a sparse. Suggestions about process were met with little to no enthusiasm or interest. There were also instances of management whispering about employees behind behind their backs, which lead to some light anxiety. Despite this, the majority of the colleagues were professional and very kind.
