Pros

You will meet some great people. Pool table in the break room. Great social scene, if you like the pub after work or at lunch.

Cons

The sales floor is tainted by one (mostly one) or two bad apples in middle management, and it's a regular occurrence that sales staff leave (or can be found crying in the hallway!) unfortunately, the sales staff on the ground are suffering and are too scared to complain. The overall vibes are bad in sales, and everyone knows it.

Friendly close colleagues but of course depends on catchment

Cons

High staff turnover, managing 60+ clients, micro management, a presentation for your probation meeting basically begging why you should be allowed to stay within the company
