Pros

A really supportive place to work, with lovely people and lots of flexibility and trust. For a small business, there are a lot of initiatives, benefits and processes in place that make it feel a lot bigger. But at the same time there's a really lovely culture and sense of community that comes from working in one office. I had a great experience at AP, and always felt supported and trusted to do my job as well as develop professionally and carve out new roles.

Cons

The location may not be ideal for those without a car/who aren't close to a tram link, but Altrincham is a lovely place to work.
