Cons

Employee churn rate is very high as there is a lot of office politics and favouritism present. Pay is poor and progression opportunities are limited. I would not say that Add People are an agency, they are more of a sales business - which is fine, but if you are creative and want an agency environment, avoid like the plague.

Interesting and varied work, weekly pay, free coffee, subsidised team meals and drinks, free bar on Friday and midweek company five-a-side. In the short time I have been at Add People, I have had the privilege to work on some diverse and challenging projects, with both the marketing team and the wider business. I thoroughly enjoy being part of a talented and innovative team. The company’s response to the Covid outbreak has been brilliant and HR check in with me regularly on a personal basis, which has been comforting given the current circumstances
