Pros
Great benefits, great products for Enterprise companies. Name brand helps with prospecting at the Enterprise level. Management has been outstanding and supportive. Paid very well for this position and many BDR's are exceeding well beyond 100% of their quotas Tough to promote right now, but when market turns back around, Adobe has a great promotion path to level up in your career.
Cons
2023 has been tough to see any promotions due to economic factors. Has built a bottleneck of many BDR's being in seat for over 1.5 years with not many seats to fill at the next level. Comp plans are always changing which can be frustating
