The company has grown rapidly and acquired a lot of new companies - this has its benefits but also presents its challenges. Silo'ed organisation, cumbersome internal processes, mgmt by excel and more focus on quantity over quality The company is now 20,000+ employees and the entrepreneurial mindset has disappeared but if you like large-scale enterprise organisations then this is a great place to work. A lot of reporting / admin work
